- 2 salmon fillets 260 g
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Preheat the oven to 180°C/356°F/gas 4. Place the salmon fillets in a baking tray, with the skin facing down. Pour the oil evenly over each fillet and add the salt. Rub the salt and oil over the salmon with your fingers, ensuring the salt spreads evenly.
Sprinkle the black pepper over the salmon. Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves. and place the garlic on top of the salmon fillets. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the top has become golden. Enjoy!
