Hummus is an incredibly easy recipe that is SO worth making from scratch. Homemade hummus always winds up tasting better than store bought, so here is all you need to know to make the perfect hummus dish every single time!

Ingredients

  • 250 g chickpeas
  • 100 g tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  • If using fresh chickpeas, boil the chickpeas for 50 minutes. Once boiled, drain the chickpeas and add into a blender.
  • Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until completely mixed. Enjoy!
