Servings: 4 people
- 250 g chickpeas
- 100 g tahini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 200 ml water
If using fresh chickpeas, boil the chickpeas for 50 minutes. Once boiled, drain the chickpeas and add into a blender.
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until completely mixed. Enjoy!
