Turkish Chopped Feta Salad
I firmly believe everyone's got to try this salad... Chopped Feta salads are my go to for lunch and dinner! They're so easy to make and unbelievably delicious. You don't need any ingredients other than the basic veggies in your fridge!
Servings: 4 people
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 120 g feta
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and spring onion. Combine in a salad bowl. Add the oil, salt, and squeezed lemon juice. Mix the salad until all ingredients are fully combined. Chop feta into cubes and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!
