Ingredients
1large head of broccolicut into florets
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Saltto taste
Freshly ground black pepperto taste
½teaspoonred pepper flakesadjust to preference

Instructions
Prepare the broccoli
Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets. Cut into evenly sized pieces for even cooking.
Season
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well coated.
Grill
Outdoor Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place broccoli directly on the grates or in a grill basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
Grill Pan / Oven: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat or roast in the oven at 220°C (425°F) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
