Zucchini Bites (Mücver)
This zucchini and potato bites recipe makes my mouth water every single time. It's such an underrated recipe, perfect for a picnic, appetizer, or a unique side dish. You have to give this one a try!

Servings: 20 bites
- 5 potatoes about 1 kg
- 2 eggs
- 100 g plain flour
- 4 zucchinis about 700 g
- 4 carrots about 190 g
- 20 g dill
- 40 g parsley
- 10 g chives
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
Grate the carrots, zucchini and potatoes. Add the salt, then drain the excess water out of all vegetables. Add the flour, eggs, dill, parsley, chives, cumin, black pepper and garlic. Mix until fully combined, preferably by hand.
Form the mixture into balls, or disc shaped bites, no thicker than 2 cm in width (less than an inch). Heat a saucepan with oil for a couple of minutes, then add the bites.
Flip them over to ensure all sides are cooked properly. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and golden. Enjoy!
