Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products (eBook)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Refunds or returns are not offered once the purchase has been completed. If you encounter technical issues accessing the eBook, please contact us at contact@kitchenofrose.com and we will assist you promptly.

Food Platters

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and confirm your booking.
  • If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the agreed collection/delivery time, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, food platters are non-refundable and cannot be returned once collected or delivered.
  • For any issues with your order, such as incorrect items or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at contact@kitchenofrose.com and we will address your concerns promptly.
