Pan-Fried Soy Broccoli
Broccoli is best served with soy! Right? Well everyone that's tried this recipe seems to agree! This is how I make a pan-fried soy broccoli at home, perfect for a veggie side dish at dinner, or a quick lunch.
Servings: 2 people
- 1 broccoli around 340 g
- 1 white onion around 100 g
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Chop broccoli into no bigger than one inch chunks. Slice the stem thinly. Chop onions also.
Fry onions with the olive oil in a pan until they start to brown. Add the broccoli and soy sauce. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat, or until all the soya sauce has been absorbed by broccoli. Enjoy!
