Radish and Carrot Salad
This is hands down the best way to eat radishes. Grate it up and add in some carrots - it immediately becomes a delicious salad to enjoy on a nice summers day, or a healthy lunch!
Servings: 6 people
- 4 carrots
- 750 g radish
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Grate the radishes and the carrot. Place in a large mixing bowl and add the salt. Leave to the side for 30 minutes and drain any excess water.
Squeeze the lemon juice in and add the olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
