- In a large pot, sauté the onions with olive oil under high heat, mixing regularly. Once sautéed, add the tomato paste and cook together for a couple of minutes, mixing regularly. 
- Next, turn down the heat to a medium setting and add the tomatoes. Keep mixing and cooking until tomatoes are softened. 
- Add the parsley and cook until it has softened. 
- Add the seasonings, bulgur wheat and the boiling water. Cover with lid and leave to simmer on the medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Then remove the lid and let simmer for another 8-10 minutes, or until all water has been absorbed. Enjoy!
