I firmly believe everyone’s got to try this salad… Chopped Feta salads are my go to for lunch and dinner! They’re so easy to make and unbelievably delicious. You don’t need any ingredients other than the basic veggies in your fridge!
The Simple Ingredients:
I like to keep this salad as simple as possible. I always opt for spring onions rather than white or red onions – it gives the salad a sweeter and tastier flavour.
For seasonings I prefer to keep it simple – just olive oil and salt. You really don’t need any more with this salad, especially due to the feta.
How to make the salad?
Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and spring onion. Combine in a salad bowl. Add the oil, salt, and squeezed lemon juice. Mix the salad until all ingredients are fully combined. Chop feta into cubes and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!
Turkish Chopped Feta Salad
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 120 g feta
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
