This delicious Cranberry Mocktail Cooler is perfect for a refreshing summer drink by the pool, at a picnic or as a cheeky treat on a hot summer’s day. The recipe is effortlessly good – here’s all you need to know to make your own cranberry mocktail cooler.
The Simple Ingredients:
My favourite part of this mocktail cooler recipe is including fresh fruit! I always opt f0r strawberries and oranges as I regularly have those close to hand in the summer. I also think basil leaves compliment this drink extremely well.
Lastly I always aim to add some cranberries (frozen works fine!) as what is a cranberry drink without some actual cranberries floating around?!
How to make the mocktail?
Combine cranberry juice, orange juice and soda water (sparkling water) and shake or stir.
Add in cranberries, basil leaves, chopped strawberries and chopped oranges. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes. Add ice if you wish. Enjoy!
