How to make the mushrooms?
Wash the mushrooms, but make sure they are completely dry before starting this recipe. If they are still wet or damp then they will become extremely soggy and watery in the air fryer.
Pull out the stems and spread the garlic butter generously over the insides of the mushrooms. Grate or chop the mozarella and sprinkle on top of the mushrooms.
Place in the air fryer at 200°C (392°F) and cook for 13 minutes, or until mushrooms are softened and the mozzarella is crispy. Enjoy!

- 2 portobello mushrooms
- 40 g mozzarella
- 20 g garlic butter
Instructions
- Remove mushroom stems. Spread the garlic butter around the inside of each mushroom. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Cook in the airfryer at 200°C (392°F) for 13 minutes, or until mushrooms are cooked and the mozarella has crispened. Enjoy!
